Jas is a successful leader within the NHS and a clinician (pharmacist) by background and has extensive NHS experience working at a national, regional and local level in leadership roles. More recently, Jas has been based in a financial/procurement sector of the NHS and this has provided her with the commercial and financial experience necessary to deliver key outcomes for large scale projects at system and regional levels. This is often delivered by working in close collaboration with integrated care systems to ensure that we get the best value from the public’s money that is spent on medicines, whilst also addressing health inequalities.

Jas is currently the Clinical Director and Chief Pharmacist for Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation at the NHS London Procurement Partnership (NHS LPP). Before this, Jas was working for NHS England as their National Pharmacy Adviser for RightCare.

Jas is particularly interested in population health and reducing unwarranted variation in prescribing and addressing health inequalities.
