
Charlotte is a practicing GP and senior clinical leader with executive experience driving transformation across integrated care systems in North West London. During her tenure as Chief Medical Officer, Charlotte delivered measurable improvements, chaired system-wide initiatives, embedded innovative models and led the development of integrated medicines optimisation and clinical effectiveness programmes. She co-chaired the NWL Clinical Advisory Group where she widened the membership to include multi-professional clinical leaders.
She chaired Barnet CCG and following its merger in 2020, became vice chair of the North Central London CCG board. Charlotte led the NCL quality and ethics committees, tackling complex healthcare issues, and was clinical lead for the COVID vaccine rollout, driving population health and targeted community engagement. She also served as Senior Responsible Officer for Pan London primary care public deliberation to support Londoners to understand primary care issues to guide decision-making.
Charlotte has recently joined the London regional team on secondment as interim Chair of the Clinical Senate and Medical Director for cardiovascular prevention.
