Denise Radley is Corporate Director Health, Adults & Community and Deputy Chief Executive in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Her portfolio includes Adult Social Care, Integrated Commissioning, Public Health and Community Safety. She joined the Council in 2016 having previously worked in Luton, Hertfordshire, Peterborough and three London boroughs. Denise’s background is in commissioning (long before it was called commissioning!) and for the last 16 years has worked in senior integrated health and care roles including five years as Director of Adult Social Services and Deputy Chief Executive of a PCT. Denise is also the Chair of the London Branch of the Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS).
